Hong Kong receives honours for esports excellence

The agency’s specialist gaming division, FTW, has won silver for excellence in esports marketing at the Marketing Excellence Awards. In partnership with Sony Interactive Entertainment, the agency created online content for the global launch of the iconic Gran Turismo 7 for PS4 and 5 via a life-size vending machine with 20 floors of supercars in Singapore. Selected cars were brought down via a special lift system to test drive – bringing the Gran Turismo 7 to life.

To extend the campaign’s influence across borders, the agency created a series of online videos featuring the supercar vending machine and the simulated Gran Turismo café, where local gaming and racing personalities Bobby Tonelli and Claire Jedrek honour the café’s tradition of celebrating car culture.
